Nutrition and Wellness Coaching

The Healthy Horizons nutrition and wellness coaching programs focus on helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes. According to the National Weight Control Registry, 89% of people who have lost 30 or more pounds, and kept it off for at least one year, accomplished their goals through a combination of both diet and exercise. Only 10% succeeded in this using diet alone and only 1% succeeded using exercise alone. Rebecca focuses on the tenets of positive psychology. Research also shows that if you structure your goals so that they're specific, time-bound, and include a reward and support mechanism, you have a much greater chance of success. Rebecca strives to challenge her clients' thinking in an effort to help them see a comprehensive view of health.

The ongoing relationship between coach and client is based on trust, accountability and inspiration. The fundamental difference between a coach and other healthcare professionals is that they are part confidant and part mentor.

As your coach, Rebecca will help you clarify your health and fitness goals, identify your strengths, and help you overcome obstacles. A focused, concise, written plan will be provided to help you live the most significant and energetic life possible. Create the well-being you deserve!

Since nutrition and wellness coaching is a mentorship and a professional healthcare relationship, it is important to Rebecca that clients feel empowered to make lifestyle changes and are ready to take responsibility for the future. A complimentary 30 minute phone session is available to help clients determine a baseline for overall health and understand their possibilities for the future.

3 scheduled phone sessions with access througout the month via e-mail.

Meal Planning Package

4 scheduled phone calls and a custom-designed meal plan & grocery list.

Phone sessions for both nutrition coaching programs will be tailored around your personal dietary needs and goals that we establish together.



Nutrition and Wellness Focus Plan


A comprehensive program design for nutrition, exercise and lifestyle management. 4 scheduled phone sessions, a customized exercise & meal plan, and a personalized program for taking charge of your health and simplifying your life.



Each program contracts on a monthly basis, so no long term commitments are required.
