Lifestyle and weight management coaching are Rebecca's primary focuses but she also offers insight into sports nutrition. She has experience in coaching national caliber and collegiate athletes on optimizing their performance through nutrition.

Rebecca and her family reside in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She loves cooking, eating and going for long hikes or runs. Her love and desire for health draw her to marathon running. However, her favorite pastimes include playing fetch with her overly playful Black Lab, volunteering at church, and drinking coffee with friends and family.
